Houston Astros Interview Keith Law Of ESPN

According to FOX Sports' Ken Rosenthal and Jon Paul Morosi, the Houston Astros have interviewed ESPN's Keith Law for several positions with the organization, including the organization's scouting director role.

"Law met with both new club president George Postolos and general manager Jeff Luhnow, but the team has yet to offer him a position, sources say."

Law is the senior baseball analyst for ESPN's Scouts Inc, focusing on scouting and analysis content. He also has experience working for big league clubs in the past, as he served as a special assistant to former Toronto Blue Jays general manager J.P. Ricciardi for over four years.

As a huge Keith Law fan myself, I'd be saddened if he left the media. His insight and analysis are among the best in the business the public can access. In fact, his way of thinking turned me to sabermetrics and a new way to approach baseball.
