Thurs 1:33AM ET: Jim Bowden of ESPN is reporting that C.J. Wilson is expected to accept an offer from the Angels tomorrow, potentially setting up one of the best rotations in the league. Terms of the agreement have not yet been released, but Ken Rosenthal is confirming the rumor (though he's still less certain).
Wilson was rumored to be deciding between the Angels and and the Marlins, with the Marlins offering him an additional year over the Angels' 5, according to Jon Paul Morosi, but was said to be leaning towards the team closer to home:
