• According to ESPN's Molly Knight, Jamie McCourt never wanted the Dodgers to be sold but she feels it's inevitable. She'd prefer the sale sooner, apparently since the window is closing fast.
• According to the Future Angels twitterfeed, 2010 1st rounder Cam Bedrosian will have Tommy John Surgery and is expected to miss 12-15 months.
• In yesterday's Baseball Today Podcast with Keith Law and Eric Karabel, Keith Law noted that the Royals lack of value of Vin Mazzaro means the trade of David DeJesuswas clearly a salary dump.
• According to Bob Dutton of the Kansas City Star, the Royals have officially optioned Jarrod Dysonto Triple-A Omaha. In a corresponding move, they called up right-hander Greg Holland.
