St. Louis Cardinals 1B Albert Pujols - 15-Day DL retroactive to June 20th, Fractured left forearm. I covered this move on Monday. Pujols may be out until the middle of August, according to Joe Strauss. Mark Hamilton was recalled from Triple-A Memphis.
- San Diego Padres 1B Brad Hawpe - 15-Day DL retroactive to June 19th, Strained right middle finger. This is Hawpe's first season in San Diego and he has struggled to keep his on base percentage above .300. Kyle Phillips was recalled from Triple-A Tucson.
