The Pittsburgh Pirates are going to make several roster moves to make room for a lefty reliever, assuming they find one, reports Pittsburgh Tribune's Rob Biertempfel.
Daniel Moskos is the only current option while Joe Beimel is on the DL, so Tony Watson or Justin Thomas might be potential call-ups from Triple-A Indianapolis.
