According to Dylan Hernandez of the Los Angeles Times, Los Angeles Dodgers RHP Hiroki Kuroda won't waive his no-trade clause and intends to remain with the Dodgers for the rest of the season. Kuroda was being pursued by the New York Yankees, Boston Red Sox, and Texas Rangers.
With Kuroda off the market, Ubaldo Jimenez (his trade to the Cleveland Indians isn't finalized just yet and rumor has it the Boston Red Sox are trying to make a last minute push for him) and Erik Bedard remain to the two impact pitchers most likely to be dealt by tomorrow.
