The Baltimore Orioles have signed Armando Galarraga, Pat Neshek, Ronny Paulino, and Korean lefty Seong-Min Kim all to minor league deals, according to the team (via Dan Connolly and Britt Ghiroli).
Seong-Min Kim won't turn 18 until April but supposedly has an excellent curveball:
