The Los Angeles Dodgers are showing interest in right-hander Kyle Lohse, reports Marx Saxon of ESPN Los Angeles:

The Dodgers are known to be seeking pitchers this offseason, and they’ve already been tied to several arms including Lohse and right-hander Zack Greinke, who’s considered the top starter available.

Lohse has spent the past five seasons with the St. Louis Cardinals. He pitched well during his time in St. Louis, especially last season, but given the Cardinals bevy of young arms and in-house veteran options the team hasn’t expressed much of a desire to bring Lohse back.

Lohse maintained an ERA of 2.86 over 33 starts spanning 211 innings for the Cardinals last season. His impressive campaign garnered Cy Young consideration and he is poised to receive a nice payday this winter.

While he owns a career ERA of 4.45, Lohse, 34, maintained an ERA of 3.90 in five seasons with the Cardinals.
