Jayson Stark tweets that left-handed reliever Hong-Chih Kuo is close to making on a decision on where to sign. The belief is that he's close to signing with the Seattle Mariners, as noted yesterday.
Kuo, 30, appeared in 40 games in 2011, posting a 9.00 ERA across 27 innings.
