John Lannan Rumors: Red Sox, Tigers Interested

According to Danny Knobler of CBS Sports, there is a "growing expectation" that Nationals left-hander John Lannan will be dealt before the season begins, with the Red Sox and Tigers as his top suitors. Both teams have holes in their rotation, and Lannan, owed $5M in 2012, could be a relatively cheap solution.

Among the other interested teams are the Mets, Padres, and Astros, though the former two might not be willing to take on that kind of money. As we've heard for the past few weeks, the Nationals are very interested in moving Lannan, and he likely won't be with the team come April.
