According to Jerry Crasnick of ESPN (and, as confirmed by Dan Connolly of the Baltimore Sun), the Baltimore Orioles have signed lefty Dontrelle Willis to a minor-league deal with a split contract (he can make $700K pitching in the majors). Connolly tweets that Willis will report to the Orioles' camp in Sarasota on Wednesday morning.

Willis was released four days ago by the Philadelphia Phillies after struggling in a few Spring Training appearances. He had piqued the interest of the Colorado Rockies.
