Tuesday Night Open Thread

Hey guys, somewhat of a quiet day around the rumor-sphere. There's a few things to talk about, though:

Today we heard the injury news on Joakim Soria from the Royals and Brian Wilson from the Giants, along with Naftali Feliz of the Rangers. The Indians DFA'd De La Cruz for the ten millionth time, and they signed Ryan Vandenhurk. The Mariners released Shawn Camp, and Chris Carpenter will start the season on the DL.

In non-baseball news, the story taking the sports world by storm right now is the Saints bounty story -- head coach Sean Payton has been suspended for an entire year -- and the Tim Tebow trade to the Jets, which I'm sure we've only seen the tip of the iceberg in media insanity with the crazy combo of a mediocre football team, Rex Ryan, and Football Jesus. Oh right, and all this is in the media circus that is New York. Cain't wait.
