According to Jon Heyman of CBS Sports, the New York Mets are looking to trade right-hander Mike Pelfrey. Pelfrey has struggled so far this spring, with an ERA of 14.90. He's owed roughly $6M this year, though the Mets will only be on the hook for ~$1.5M if they release him before the beginning of the season.
Neither scenario seems particularly likely, however. In fact, Adam Rubin of ESPN tweets that he doesn't get the sense that there's "serious consideration of moving him."

Mets interested in dealing Pelfrey. Good luck with that - CBSSports
"The Mets would like to trade Mike Pelfrey, sources say. However, the likelihood of finding a taker considering his abysmal spring and high salary seems remote. Pelfrey has a 14.90 ERA this spring." -

"Got sense from #Mets official that telling team Pelfrey is available is spring-training routine -- not serious consideration of moving him."
