Ken Rosenthal from FOX Sports reports via Twitter that the Texas Rangers are looking to "tinker" with their roster. He mentions that they would be willing to trade right handed relief pitchers Mark Lowe and Koji Uehara.
In fact, they are shopping those two pitchers right now. In return, they are looking to get a utility infielder, or a right handed bat, preferably one that can play left field and first base. They will likely get one or the other for one or both of these pitchers.
Yesterday it had been reported by Evan Grant of the Dallas Morning News that the Rangers had been fielding callers on their relief pitching, and getting a lot of interest in them. Lowe and Uehara seem to be the two that they are most willing to move and they would probably get the most for these two. They have a need mostly in left field.
