The Chicago Cubs have signed 15 of their draft picks, including supplemental first-round draft pick Paul Blackburn reports Carrie Muskat of Terms of the deal have not been disclosed, but Major League Baseball's recommend slot signing bonus for Blackburn was $911,700.

Blackburn, the 56th overall draft pick, is out Heritage High School in Brentwood, California. The 18-year-old right-handed pitcher posted a 1.27 ERA across 77 1/3 innings of work, striking out 88.
