The Toronto Blue Jays are not expecting to make any "big moves" until midway through July, reports Jon Paul Morosi of FOX Sports.

Blue Jays general manager Alex Anthopoulos told Morosi that the Blue Jays aren’t going to rush to acquire an arm, even though they recently lost three starting pitchers, Drew Hutchinson, Kyle Drabek, and Brandon Morrow, to injury.

Anthopoulos also hinted that Toronto may not make any major acquisitions at all this summer.

The Blue Jays have been tied to starting pitching this season, specifically Chicago Cubs starters Ryan Dempster and Matt Garza. However, it’s also been rumored that the Blue Jays could potentially look to sell some of their players, including free agents-to-be Edwin Encarnacion and Kelly Johnson.

Before last night’s 5-1 loss to the Boston Red Sox, the Blue Jays had won seven of their last 10 games. While they are in last place in the American League East, Toronto is only three games out of the final wild-card spot.
