Multiple sources are reporting that the Los Angeles Dodgers have acquired relief pitcher Brandon League from the Seattle Mariners.

The Dodgers will send minor leaguers Logan Bawcom (RP) and Leon Landry (OF) to Seattle.

League will presumably take on a set-up role in the Dodgers' bullpen, as Kenley Jansen has been dominant as the team's closer this season. The addition of League adds depth to the team's pen as it attempts to make it back to the postseason.

Seattle appears to be in an obvious seller mode, as they also traded Steve Delabar tonight. It is unclear how the team will structure its bullpen for the rest of the season, but very clear that they intend on bringing in prospects for a future run.
