Arizona Diamondbacks right fielder Justin Upton was one of the higher profile players rumored to be available this summer. While Arizona ultimately decided to hold onto Upton, rival executives expect the club to trade the outfielder this winter and note center fielder Chris Young could also be dealt, according to Buster Olney of ESPN:

The Arizona Diamondbacks spoke to multiple teams about Justin Upton during the season, and rival executives expect they will trade the right fielder this winter. But some club officials also believe Arizona will move center fielder Chris Young, as well. Arizona could go into next season with an outfield of Gerardo Parra, Jason Kubel and Adam Eaton if it deals both Upton and Young, and the team's clear focus will be adding a shortstop, such as the RangersElvis Andrus.

Upton just turned 25 years old, and though he’s in the midst of a down season he does own a career line of .276/.356/.473. The 29-year-old Young, who also just celebrated a birthday, has hit .239/.318/.437 over seven seasons in the majors.
