NL West rumors & news: Kershaw, Rolen, Garcia, Grandal

Even when the Dodgers aren't buying up megastars and throwing around more money than Bruce Wayne at a buy-latex-and-support-orphans charity night, they're still the ones making the most news in the National League West.
