There were 36 arb-eligible players who exchanged salary figures at the filing deadline two weeks ago, and now just 15 still remain unsigned. Nine of the remaining 15 are right-handed pitchers, oddly enough, and none of the players hail from the AL West.
Arbitration hearings begin as early as this week, so teams are going to have to put their negotiating hats on if they don't want to go through the hassle of arguing to a third party.
