While Opening Day is less than two weeks away, the Philadelphia Phillies are still trying to add an outfielder along with catching and bullpen depth, according to Jayson Stark of ESPN.

More Phillies: What to do with Yuni?

Phillies general manager Ruben Amaro Jr. told Stark that there is a "lot of time" remaining in the spring for him to tweak the team's roster.

Philadelphia recently re-assigned outfielders Darin Ruf and Jermaine Mitchell to the minors, but Amaro said his outfield still isn't set. The GM admitted that the Phillies could "make a trade" or "sign somebody." Amaro wouldn't confirm that an acquisition is in the works, but he did say "if there are ways to improve our team, we'll try to do it."

The Phillies made several additions to their outfield over the offseason, trading for center fielder Ben Revere and signing Delmon Young. While Young was projected to be the team's regular in right field, he'll start the season on the disabled list. Other outfielders on the team's roster include Domonic Brown, John Mayberry Jr. and Laynce Nix.
