MLB announces All-Star Ballot

You can vote for your favorite players right now online or with your mobile device

Major League Baseball unveiled their 2013 All-Star ballot on Wednesday, the league announced at a press conference on Wednesday.

You can start voting online right now at the official All-Star Game MLB.com Ballot, which is sponsored by freecreditscore.com. Each fan can send in 25 different All-Star ballots online, with a chance to earn 10 more bonus ballots if you submit a ballot while logged on to your MLB.com account.

In addition to the online version, MLB will hand out 20 million paper ballots at the 30 Major League ballparks and at approximately 100 Minor League stadiums. Each MLB stadium has 25 dates scheduled where the ballots will be handed out to the fans. The dates will begin no later than May 7 at every MLB stadium.

If you believe that three weeks worth of baseball is not enough time to sufficiently judge who should make the All-Star team, there is still plenty of time to vote; the online ballot will stay open until 11:59 p.m. ET on July 4th. You will have to vote often to make a difference in the vote, as 40.2 million ballots were cast in 2012.

The 2013 All-Star Game will take at Citi Field this season on July 16th.
