With the Chicago White Sox building towards the future and selling off a lot of their valuable trade chips, it would make sense that their ace, Chris Sale, could be available at the right price.
That is not the case according to a report from Ken Rosenthal of FOX Sports.
Here is one name you can scratch off list of available or potentially available starters. Sources say #WhiteSox will not trade Chris Sale.

Sale is under contract through the 2019 season and has been among the best pitchers in the American League over the last couple of seasons. In addition to being the winning pitcher for the American League in this year's All-Star game, Sale would instantly become the best most desirable pitcher on the trade market if he were available due to his age.
Sale, 24, has been very good this season for the White Sox, posting a 2.69 ERA with a 149 strikeouts, a 1.01 WHIP in 137.0 innings pitched over 19 starts.
The White Sox are trying to trade both Jake Peavy and reliever Jesse Crain. Reports have also stated that former first round draft pick Gordon Beckham could be moved as well.
