Players who were issued a qualifying offer from their teams have until 5 p.m. today to either accept a one-year, $15.3 million deal from their teams or decline and be tied to draft pick compensation for the rest of the offseason. While some are sure bets to decline, a couple players (Francisco Liriano and Michael Cuddyer) could become the first players in major-league history to accept the qualifying offer. Check here for players' decisions throughout the day.
