The Blue Jays have already made two blockbuster moves, bringing in Troy Tulowitzki and David Price. While they may not have any blockbusters left in their arsenal, they are looking to make another move. Toronto is having talks with the Phillies about Ben Revere and they are begin to heat up, according to CSN Philly's Jim Salisbury.

The 27-year-old Revere is a having a very typical season, hitting .298 with a .334 on-base percentage. He carries little to no pop, but his speed and defense add to a very good hitter that can be placed at the top of the lineup. At the current moment, the Blue Jays are using Troy Tulowitzki as their leadoff hitter. Tulo provides more value down in the order, so it makes sense why Revere could be a target.
In their outfield at the moment, the Blue Jays have Chris Colabello, Kevin Pillar and Jose Bautista. All three are having good years and Revere can be a reserve, bench piece to add another piece to their productive offense.
