The Cubs kick off the National League division series tomorrow at home against the Giants. Could this be the year they end the curse? When you have the best record in all of baseball (103-58), it’s hard not the be the obvious favorite for the World Series champions. Jon Lester and Kyle Hendricks will be the first two pitchers the Cubs will start this series. Both have excellent records at Wrigley, but how do their numbers read when matched against the San Fran lineup? Right before the game, brush up on what’s gone down when the two teams have met before. Hint: trying to beat the Giants in San Francisco is going to be pretty hard.

If you were lucky enough to snag a ticket for tonight’s Giants vs. Cubs game, or any of the home games, here are some tips to follow regarding transportation and all that other good stuff.

3 Brewers have elected for minor league free agency. Will Middlebrooks, Sam Freeman, and Michael Kirkman are all parting ways with Milwaukee.

In 2017, Miller Park will be serving doughnut sandwiches, so please plan your road trips accordingly. This is apart of a major concession revamp to upgrade the technology and food experience for fans. Come for the doughnuts, stay for the baseball.

Matt Holliday is very important and it’s about time Cardinals fans accept him as having a positive impact on the team (just as his career is about to end).
