Jesse Chavez has agreed to a one-year, $5.75M deal with the #Angels. Can make $3M more in incentives. Signed as a starter.— Jerry Crasnick (@jcrasnick) November 11, 2016

Chavez doesn’t have sparkling numbers. He finished the 2016 season with a 4.43 ERA and 63 strikeouts in 67 innings pitched.
