The Braves signed Sean Rodriguez to a two-year deal:

Rodriguez, 31, had a solid season with the Pirates in 2016, batting .270/.349/.510 with 18 home runs and 56 RBIs over 140 games. He spent time as an outfielder and at first base, second base and shortstop.

Toronto is interested in Jerry Blevins to replace Brett Cecil.

Atlanta was apparently among the teams interested in Jason Castro:

The Angels considered adding Sean Rodriguez:

The Marlins need starting pitching help and are interested in C.J. Wilson, according to Barry Jackson of The Miami Herald.
