Good morning baseball fans!
We made New Year’s resolutions for every baseball team:
Perhaps 2017 is the year you learn another language. C’est bon! Or maybe you’ll get that gym membership and work hard at being a better you. Find a swolemate! Whatever it is, staying positive seems to be the key to accomplishing your resolutions. Surround yourself with positivity and don’t let anyone detract from your goals.
Philadelphia landed Clay Buchholz, but his role seems to be unclear entering 2017.
Several clubs have been linked to Brian Dozier this offseason, and the Twins are seeking each team’s last offer, according to La Velle E. Neal III of The Minneapolis Star Tribune.
The Orioles have expressed interest in Mark Trumbo, but there is no indication as to whether either side’s position has changed, according to MASN’s Roch Kubatko.
If Matt Wieters changes his mind with regard to length and value of a new contract, the Nationals could remain interested, according to Chelsea Janes of The Washington Post.
