Hello baseball and welcome back to another episode of The Rosterbatorical, the official MLB Daily Dish podcast. This week's show marks episode number 20 for The Rosterbatorical and the guys deliver a good one this week.

Chris Schubert and Matt Goldman start off with a discussion about managers and potentially putting a value onto what a manager does.

With the PECOTA projections being released this week, both guys shared some thoughts they had on the projections and what stood out to them.

ESPN's Jayson Stark did his annual MLB executives poll, where all the executives share their thoughts on the offseason. The guys point out some rather interesting results.

And they close the show by answering some Twitter questions.
