Good morning baseball fans!

Cincinnati upgraded its bullpen Saturday afternoon, signing Ross Ohlendorf to a major league deal:

Kansas City signed Ohlendorf to a minor-league deal earlier this off-season, but he opted out of the contract earlier this week. Although he has experience as a starter, Ohlendorf will likely pitch out of Cincinnati's bullpen since the club does not have much depth beyond closer J.J. Hoover.

Will Smith was set to open the season as one of two closing options for the Brewers. After tearing a ligament, he will likely open the year on the disabled list.

Baltimore is seeking left-handed relief depth, and Sean Burnett might be an option.

Andrew Amaro is no longer with the Phillies:

Houston and Los Angeles completed a minor deal Saturday:

It doesn't appear Michael Brantley will be ready for Opening Day, according to Cleveland.com's Paul Hoynes.

Carlos Quentin might be back on the market:

Joba Chamberlain earned a spot in the Indians' bullpen:

Houston wants to add a catcher and is considering external options:
