Good morning baseball fans!

The Dodgers signed Joe Thatcher to a minor-league deal:

Over 22.3 innings last season, Thatcher pitched to a 3.18 ERA. He is not a lefty specialist, though, since lefties batted .245 against Thatcher last season.

Thatcher could be a candidate to join the Dodgers' bullpen since he has a notable amount of experience. Over nine seasons, he has pitched to a 3.38 ERA

Miami adds some bullpen help:

Milwaukee promoted a starter to pitch Sunday:

Todd Redmond was released by the Orioles:

Los Angeles could be without a top starter for a bit longer:

Is Fredi Gonzalez on the hot seat? It is probably safe to assume yes.

Charlie Blackmon is headed to the 15-day DL with a foot injury.
