Baltimore placed Yovani Gallardo on the disabled list Saturday afternoon:
The veteran right-hander left Friday's start with shoulder discomfort. Gallardo told reporters he started feeling the discomfort when he was warming up in bullpen before the game.
Yankees reliever Branden Pinder is deciding whether or not to have Tommy John surgery.
Michael Bourn heads to Toronto on a minor-league deal.
Chris Colabello has been suspended 80 games for a PED violation.
Atlanta has called upon a pitching prospect early:
RHP Aaron Blair (@A_Blair19) will make his Major League debut for the Braves on Sunday vs. Mets. LHP Matt Marksberry optioned to Gwinnett.
