Alex Rodriguez will be missing from the Yankees lineup for a little bit, after the 40-year-old was placed on the 15-day disabled list with a strained right hamstring. He suffered the injury running out a ground ball on Tuesday night.

In his place, manager Joe Girardi has said that he will move the DH spot around, with Carlos Beltran, Brian McCann had Mark Teixeira some looks there. Lefty James Pazos was called up to replace A-Rod on the roster.
