Sitting in there current situation, many Angels fans might feel as though moves need to, and will be, made over the course of the next couple of weeks. If general manager Billy Eppler is taken at his word, those changes might not happen.

Eppler spoke to the media and mentioned that it’s in the DNA of the Angels organization to perform a rebuild. He cited their position and financial strengths as the main reasons for a rebuild not being on the table.
