Good morning baseball fans!

Toronto placed Ryan Goins on the 15-day disabled list after he was forced to pitch Friday night:

Goins, 28, has split time between shortstop and second base this season, batting .176/.216/.308 with three home runs and 12 RBIs over 59 games.

In the corresponding roster move, the Blue Jays recalled Aaron Loup. Loup, 28, has pitched to a 9.00 ERA over four innings with Toronto this season. He logged 42.1 frames last season, posting a 4.46 ERA.

Desmond Jennings seems to be back on track after a solid June.

Reds outfielder Jay Bruce is willing to waive his no-trade clause in order to be traded to a contending club this summer.

It might take a lot to get a deal involving him done:
