The Tampa Bay Rays are continuing their vision for a new stadium, and fans want it to be ‘cutting edge’. The Rays Ballpark Reimagined website has allowed fans to get involved in the conversation and explain what they want in a new ballpark.

These responses included giveaway suggestions and suggestions for dinning options and everything in between.

More from around the American League East:

  • Rebuilding normally includes a period of not playing very well. Well, for the Yankees, their process has actually put them back into the playoff race.
  • The Red Sox bullpen isn’t very good, but manager John Farrell isn’t making things better, and the eighth inning appears to be his biggest issue.
  • Baltimore has a number of problems: outfield defense, getting some help in the rotation and kick-starting their offense back into gear. Will any of their September call ups be able to help out? Mark Brown of Camedn Chat explored that important question.
  • In sports, being valuable means keeping your job. And that includes every possibility under the sun. For Blue Jays second baseman Devon Travis, it’s speed. His ability to help the Jays on the base paths, as a good base runner, has impacted the team.
