MLB free agency: Which players received qualifying offers?

A full list of the players to receive QOs before Monday’s deadline.

MLB: Arizona Diamondbacks at Kansas City Royals Peter G. Aiken-USA TODAY Sports

Monday marked the deadline for teams to extend qualifying offers to pending free agents, enabling draft pick compensation. The exact rules are complicated, so our Cristiana Caruso wrote a primer on exactly what that all means.

These players will have 10 days to decide if they will return to their 2017 clubs on a one-year, $17.4 million deal or test free agency while attached to draft pick compensation:

RHP Jake Arrieta (Cubs)
OF Lorenzo Cain (Royals)
RHP Alex Cobb (Rays)
RHP Wade Davis (Cubs)
RHP Greg Holland (Rockies)
1B Eric Hosmer (Royals)
RHP Lance Lynn (Cardinals)
3B Mike Moustakas (Royals)
1B Carlos Santana (Indians)

Notables to not receive QO:

RHP Andrew Cashner (Rangers)
SS Zack Cozart (Reds)
1B Logan Morrison (Rays)

More decisions to come.
