Hope you are all enjoying the start of your holiday weekend. Here are the highlights from yesterday’s slate of games.
Gleyber Torres has been on a torrid pace for the Yankees of late. In fact, he became the fourth youngest player in MLB history (well, the Modern Era anyways) to homer in four straight games.

While Gleyber brought the bat, Aaron Judge brought the leather (well....at the very least he brought his arm). Judge had two outfield assists in the game, here is the second one which he makes looks way too easy.

In other news, Mike Trout is still really good at baseball. This is Mike going to the extreme opposite field for a second-deck home run.

The Mariners’ James Paxton was lights out again with 11 strikeouts against the Twins. Here he is getting a helpless batter flailing at a pitch that he had no hope of making contact against.
Another great start for @James_Paxton He ends his night with 11 strikeouts. Also 7 IP/3 H/1 R and 0 walks. Catch the finish on @ROOTSPORTS_NW pic.twitter.com/J3GI4PqKzo

Meanwhile, Mookie Betts continues to be out of his mind for the Boston Red Sox. Here he is staking his claiming to the major league home run lead against the Braves.

Brandon Nimmo has been a bright spot for the Mets this season, but mostly due to his ability to get on base at a high clip. Yesterday, he showed off the glove with a catch that Statcast had as only having an 18% chance of being caught.
In case you missed that Brandon Nimmo catch earlier, here it is. Nimmo had just an 18-percent probability of making the grab, based on its Statcast batted-ball metrics. #Mets pic.twitter.com/ndQxqhG4J9

Finally, we have Francisco Lindor being awesome at shortstop for the Indians. He makes a great grab and throw to nab the speedy Jose Altuve.
Shoot for the moon -- even if you miss, you might still steal a hit.
